Cody Marshall has 25 years of ski racing experience. He was a member of the U.S. Ski Team from 2006-2011, including three years on the World Cup. Cody comes from a family of skiers. Both of his parents are ski instructors, his older brother and younger sister were also members of the U.S. Ski Team. Cody has won two overall Nor-Am SL titles, has four U.S. Nationals podium results, has a Europa-Cup podium finish in SL, and a top world cup finish of 19th at Wengen, Switzerland in 2008. Since retiring from ski racing, Cody has spent his time coaching all ability levels in skiing, including coaching at the World-Cup and Olympic level. Cody has gone through the GroundSwell business school and currently works full-time for GroundSwell Resources.

Prior to founding GroundSwell in 2003, Bob worked at a San Diego-based private equity firm focused on building businesses in growing and fragmented industries. Bob worked extensively with BancBoston Capital and Bain & Co.’s private equity consulting group on various investment opportunities. Previously, Bob worked in the investment-banking group of Prudential Securities and the capital markets division of Merrill Lynch. He also conducted strategic market research for Kenan Systems, a leading provider of strategic consulting. Bob received an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and graduated with an A.B. in Psychology from Dartmouth College. During and following college, he was a competitive rower and has won a number of national championships.
